moto Dining Experience Alert

I just got a reminder from Gourmet about the Moto Dining Experience on Thursday, 09 August 2007 at 7:00 p.m.

The only catch is that it is exclusively for Visa Signature cardholders. I'm told that most people don't even know their cards are Signature so do check.

The Experience will be hosted by Chef Homaro Cantu himself. Omar will give an introduction to "molecular gastronomy", demonstrate his avant-garde cooking techniques, and present personalized course instructions.

The dinner will include four courses, four wine pairings, tax, and gratuity for only $75 per person. (Moto's, er, "normal" Five Course menu is $70 and wine $45) The MDE will be held in the private dining room and followed by a tour of the kitchen.
