Happy Bastille Day from Paris - where yes, it's called la Fête Nationale. I'm back in France, this time working on Gourmet's Diary of a Foodie. It's Gourmet magazine for PBS by Zero Point Zero (producers of Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations). This will be the food television show we've been waiting for - praying for - begging for.

I'm off to catch a train now to scout a location.

In the meantime, the great extended worldwide ZPZ family is holding its breath until Tony and the No Reservations crew get out of Beirut. Please wish them luck.
