When's the last time you had to throw a really big party - while working your regular day job - and for guests you really wanted to impress too?
Today for lunch we had - oh who did I see - Alain Ducasse, Paul Bocuse - reportedly all of the three-star chefs in France - and all of the Michelin bigwigs too.
