Two Down - One to Go

We got our second star - our second Michelin star - two out of three. It was leaked last week. Everybody thought it was a done deal but you never know. We've had Champagne twice so far - once in the kitchen as soon as we found out - and then again today in the dining room with the hotel's general manager congratulating us. This is the first time I've seen the dining room while working there. I've got to go now - got to get back to work. Internet access was very bad this weekend. Hope to post more this week.
