Le Salon Saveurs d'Hiver 2004

Le Salon Saveurs d'Hiver is the winter version of a twice-a-year food show in Paris. The spring one is always a weekend in May - the winter one is always the first weekend of December. They're worth planning your trip around. All of the vendors are small artisans from around France - most of whom don't sell anywhere in Paris. Come along and virtually visit the best of the salon with me! I must be punchy from jet-lag to be so stupidly saccharine.
