I was on Good Food on KCRW in LA this past Saturday - talking about "Inside El Bulli". You can hear the show here. It's the latest installment in a two-year-long running series that I've had on the show - I've been talking with host Evan Kleiman ever since I started Cordon Bleu. I cannot believe that it's been that long. I adore Evan by the way. Not only is she the chef/owner of Angeli Caffe - one of the handful of LA restaurants recommended by the New York Times - but she's also a writer, teacher - who does cooking tours through Italy a few times a year - and true-hearted heroine - read All About Evan here. It's such an honour just talking to her - much less be on her show.
