Luis Garcia - the maitre d'hotel - and the one man solely responsible for The Book - officially starts the reservations tomorrow - October 15th. But I know for a fact that he's already started looking at the requests - he and I road-tripped down to Oriol's wedding way early Sunday morning. We had a good long and very interesting talk.
